Request for Proposals - Biomass Power or CHP Feasibility Study

The Camptonville Community Partnership (CCP), as the grant administrator for the Yuba Watershed Protection & Fire Safe Council (YWP&FSC), is seeking proposals to complete a Comprehensive Feasibility Study for a Biomass Power or Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Facility in Camptonville, California.

 

Project Contractor Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience researching and evaluating biomass conversion technologies.
  • Experience conducting technical and environmental feasibility analyses for biomass utilization projects.
  • Experience conducting financial feasibility analyses for biomass utilization projects.
  • Experience conducting biomass feedstock assessments.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to project site, as needed.

Questions about the RFP are due by 5:00 pm on Thursday, October 23, 2014, and should be submitted by email to Chris Friedel, CCP Bioenergy Project Lead, at chris@theccp.org. Reponses will be compiled and posted online at http://sites.theccp.org/fbbc/ by 5 pm on Monday, October 27, 2014.

 

To be considered, the proposal must be submitted by 5:00 pm on Thursday, November 6, 2014. The contract award will be announced by November 21, 2014
